ReplyDeleteThis day was bound to happen. I am so excited that I am trembling right now. I am sort of upset that Bahni Turpin will not voice J.Lo. That is somewhat wrong, in a way. I hope Jim Parsons will do good. Isn't Jim Parsons on The Big Bang Theory? That will be very interesting to see how he does J.Lo though. I hope he studies Bahni Turpin's interpretation of J.Lo and try to do something like her.
I wonder where the idea that Rihanna would be Gratuity came from. Somewhat random.
It's not coming out till 2014. 2014. 2014. I wish time travel was possible.
And doesn't it take place in 2013? By then, it won't be Sci-Fi. It will be historical fiction, technically. That is not right at all. Changing a genre.
Oh well. I am so excited.
And if it is nothing like the book, I will make my own feature film of Smekday. Starring me as J.Lo The Alien. Not the Singer.

DeleteI actually think J. Lo as J. Lo is too obvious a choice. What would be better is if she wrote and performed a song for the movie. :)
I'm worried they're going to change the story too much too but I think Jim Parsons will do a great job. He is by far my favorite sitcom character of all time on The Big Bang Theory so I think he'll be able to pull of J. Lo quite hilariously. Though I agree with you, I think he needs to take some notes from Bahni Turpin. :)

That is supper exciting that the book is turning into a movie. I have been waiting for this day to happen! It would of had been better if Jennifer Lopez played J.Lo! well i think the movie is going to be a hit just like the other book/movie hits like Harry Potter! Happy Summer!!
